Always a hit with the family! Lilydale free range chicken breast (halved) wrapped in woodsmoked bacon and topped with a tasty honey mustard sauce.

Preparation Instructions

Cooking Tips:

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.
Place Chicken Mignon onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray....
Once oven is heated, place Chicken Mignon in oven and cook for approximately 30-35 minutes.
Once cooked, allow to stand for five minutes before serving.
