Since opening our doors for business in November 2021 we have steadily grown to having a reputation of being one of Bundaberg's Best Butcher shops, something we don’t take for granted and are super proud of.

Our butcher's small goods are made and smoked on-site including Bacon, Ham (make sure to order your Christmas ham!), Kabana's, Kransky's, Salami, Chorizo, Pepperoni, Beer Sticks and our popular Beef Jerky.

We also stock a great array of pantry products including sauces, rubs & seasonings, gravy, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, olives, eggs, and relishes.

We can supply almost anything you require, but please understand some specialty products may take additional time to source.

Our owner, Brent Kuskey was born and raised here in Bundaberg, and started his career in butchering in 2006 following in the footsteps of his dad Tracey Kuskey and his pop Ray Kuskey.

He completed the first year of his apprenticeship in Brisbane working for Mike Smith Master Butcher who was and still is such a great mentor and friend. Moving back to Bundaberg in 2007 he completed his apprenticeship with Hughes Butchery and then followed his dad to work for the family business in Gin Gin for the past 10+ years.

He is so grateful to have had so many great times and amazing support working alongside his best mates Tracy Kuskey (dad) and Benjamin Kuskey (brother) for so long. He has learnt a lot over the course of his career with a valuable skill set while continuing to keep learning as he brings his passion for butchering as a 3rd generation Butcher to Bundaberg to open his very own butcher shop.
