We accept orders for pick up or delivery over the phone (07) 4198 0001, via Facebook Messenger, or by sending us an enquiry.
We offer the following payment methods for your convenience when shopping with us instore:
Cash, Mastercard, VISA, American Express and on mobile devices: Apple Pay, Google Pay & Afterpay.
We also accept direct bank deposits or MOTO (Mail Order / Telephone Order) eftpos transactions.
Yes, we do. For your convenience simply send us an order online or call the shop on (07) 4198 0001 to place an order for collection. As prices vary on most of our items based on price per/kg it is usually ideal to pay on collection. However, our meat pack bundles have a set price and can be paid for in advance.
Yes, we are now offering home delivery on a Friday afternoon for the 4670 area. We ask that orders please be placed at least 24hrs prior. We kindly offer free delivery for Bundaberg areas within a 10km radius of the shop for all orders over $100, any orders below this amount will incur a $10 delivery fee. Any areas outside the 10km radius within Bundaberg and surrounding areas will also incur a $10 delivery fee.
We will offer three convenient time slots to choose from on a Friday: 12-2pm / 2pm-4pm / 3:30pm-5:30pm.
There is no minimum order for delivery.
Yes. Someone needs to be present to accept the order on delivery. This can be either to home or work.
No, due to being a small family-owned business we have made the decision to close on public holidays to give staff a well deserved break and take some family time.
We pride ourselves on providing the best quality and freshest produce possible. In the event that you have received a product you are unhappy with (either in-store or delivered) due to quality or error, please contact us immediately. We will discuss the matter with you personally to determine the issue and treat each scenario individually. If the issue is deemed due to our error, then goods will be replaced. A refund of the amount of the product in question may also be considered in certain circumstances.
Yes! Most of our products apart from original crumbed items, pizzas, pastries ad 1-2 marinades are Gluten Free. As much as we try our best to avoid cross contamination; our products are not made in a gluten free facility.

We choose to supply free range meats because we believe in the wellbeing of the animal during its life. Free range animals are exposed to sunlight, grass, natural flora and fauna and have space to roam. This leads to a happy and healthy natural animal.
We don't sell organic meat because there is a higher cost associated with production due to the extra certifications and requirements. This higher cost doesn't necessarily translate into a higher quality product - there are no requirements around welfare to be certified organic. We prefer to support quality, sustainable farmers who we trust and look after their animals.
If organic meat is something you wish to purchase, we are happy to ask our preferred suppliers if they can source your choice of organic products.
Grass-fed meat comes from animals that have only grazed on grass. They feed on a range of different types of grasses depending on the climate and region. Grain-fed meat comes from animals that are fed grass for most of their lives and then transition to grain-based diets for the remainder of their lives. The number of days during which they are fed a grain-based diet varies.
We have most of our meat delivered in carcass form, so nearly any request can be met. Please call us on (07) 4198 0001, send us a message or pop instore to discuss what you were looking for and one of our butchers can assist you in acquiring what you need.
