In the event that you have received a product you are unhappy with (either in-store or delivered) due to quality or error, please contact us within 24 hours. We will discuss the matter with you personally to determine the issue and treat each scenario individually.

If the issue is deemed due to our error, then the goods will be replaced. A refund of the amount of the goods in question may also be considered in certain circumstances.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
