Delivery policy

At our online butcher store, we strive to make the shopping experience as convenient as possible, offering both in-store pickup and home delivery options.

In-Store Pickup

For In-Store Pickup, either shop in-store or give us a call to discuss what options are available. You can also email us what you're after and we can organise this for you.

Delivery

We offer home delivery on a Friday afternoon for the 4670 area. We ask that orders please be placed at least 24 hours prior.

Delivery areas

We kindly offer free delivery for Bundaberg areas within a 10km radius of the shop for all orders over $100, any orders below this amount will incur a $10 delivery fee. Any areas outside the 10km radius within Bundaberg and surrounding areas will also incur a $10 delivery fee. This fee will be communicated to you before delivery. There is no minimum order for delivery.

Delivery timeslots

We will offer three convenient time slots to choose from on a Friday:

• 12pm - 2pm
• 2pm - 4pm
• 3:30pm - 5:30pm

Paying for delivery orders

You can choose to pay for your order before delivery via phone, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Please note that the driver carries limited change, so exact change is appreciated.

We aim to deliver your order in the freshest condition, and as such, all deliveries are made in refrigerated vehicles. Place your order now and enjoy premium quality meats from the comfort of your home. Your satisfaction is our priority.
