A classic chicken schnitzel coated in our tasty Gluten Free breadcrumbs.
Ingredients: Lilydale free range chicken breast or thigh fillets, gluten free plain flour, gluten free pre coater water based syrup, lifestyle bakery gluten free breadcrumbs
Cooking Tips: Heat oil in frying pan over a fairly high heat and cook schnitzels for approx 6mins each side until completely golden. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.
Preheat oven to 180.c, place schnitzels on baking tray and lightly spray with oil. Place in oven and cook for approximately 25 minutes or until golden.
