A premium cut of grass fed beef that is a deliciously marbled rib eye steak still attached to the rib bone and is cut approximately 4-5cm thick. A meat eaters delight, a real treat! Also known as a Tomahawk however with the bone trimmed down it then becomes a cattleman's cutlet.
Size varies from approximately 600g - 1300g.
Our steaks are freshly cut daily in store and packed in individual vacuum sealed bags for your convenience with a shelf-life of approximately 30 days, when refrigerated below 5°C.
