Just as the name suggests, our nitrate free bacon is .. totally nitrate free! Made from local Bettapork, it’s as pure a bacon as you will get. It is made free of chemical nitrates and cured with beetroot. It's slightly pale in colour when it's cooked, but it's just as delicious as traditional bacon.
