Indulge in our flavourful grass fed lamb roast. Our butterflied lamb legs are hand carved around the bone, allowing for quicker cooking times and ideal for marinating. You can purchase plain, or with one of our marinades.

Our most popular marinade is Thai Chilli Basil & Coriander for the Butterflied Lamb (Mild Spice level - Great flavour!) You will find this option available in the pre pack!

Each roast is approximately 1.5kg-2kg in size.

Preparation Instructions

Cooking Tips: Great for cooking in a preheated oven or on the BBQ quickly and evenly, or you can wrap in foil and slow cook for a less fatty and leaner option to lamb shoulder.
