Bass Strait or Cape Grim Grass fed Porterhouse Steak is a lean yet tender cut of steak with a thin top strip of fat for extra taste. You can trim the fat off if you prefer it leaner still. The muscles from this cut of beef aren't used as much providing a tender cut of meat making for a fantastic tasting and juicy steak.
Each steak is approximately 200-250g weight.
Our steaks are freshly cut daily in store and packed in individual vacuum sealed bags for your convenience with a shelf-life of approximately 30 days, when refrigerated below 5°C.
