The Lamb Rump is a beautifully balanced cut, lean but endowed with a rich fat layer ensuring juiciness in every bite. Our grass fed lamb rump roasts have been marinated in a delicious Rosemary & MInt glaze which adds subtle flavourings while still allowing the genuine flavour of the lamb to come through.
Our Lamb Rump Roasts are approximately 400-500g each.
