Hand made certified organic Broth of Life Beef Tallow.

Tallow is pure organic beef suet fat, sourced from the fat around the kidneys. It has a rich flavour similar to lard and is loaded with vitamin E. Tallow can be used to treat a leaky gut and relieve joint pain. Broth of Life Beef Tallow is 100% organic, grass fed, gluten free, dairy free, paleo and GAPS friendly.

Preparation Instructions

Use it just like you would any other cooking oil. It is a great option for high heat cooking. It is also suitable for baking, you'll find the consistency is just like butter so you can use it to make delicious mouthwatering pastry for savoury pies.

Tallow can be stored at room temperature for up to a year without going rancid. If refrigerated, beef tallow can keep for up to 2 years and can remain in good condition indefinately when stored in the freezer.
