Preparation Instructions

Cooking Tips: Cook in a medium-hot frypan with your choice of cooking oil for approximately 8 minutes on each side or until golden. Can also be lightly sprayed with cooking oil and placed in a preheated 180.c oven for approximately 20-25 minutes, turning once.
