A traditional style European hollandaise sauce which has a rich buttery taste which compliments eggs, root vegetables, beef, chicken and seafood. It comes in a 1L squeeze bottle with a flip top cap, ready to use straight from the bottle, simply squeeze to pour the sauce, as desired. Can be heated or served at room temperature.
